We need more Care Givers! Our Domiciliary care service is in need of some more of the very best in home care workers...

Do you have empathy? Do you have a wish to make a difference for others, particularly those that might be in difficulty? Do you care? Do you have a car and are you willing to use it while working with vulnerable adults in Worcestershire? Do you want a job that means something and is varied – every day is different!

Then we may be looking for you...

No experience required – but perhaps life experiences may help you...

We operate a service that is working to provide a personalised service for our clients, these clients are from all walks of life, they may be older people, perhaps have physical impairments or sensory loss, perhaps they are infirm or unwell – recovering from illness. They may have impairments from life itself or have learning difficulties or mental health issues.

Can you encourage and communicate with all types of people? Support them to do what they can do and work with them to support them to do what they find difficult? Can you plan and follow up, pay attention to details?

Perhaps you do voluntary work? Why not volunteer and have a pay cheque! Its great to do something both financially and spiritually rewarding? Perhaps you have cared for a relative or have had a family – you’ll know more than perhaps you think you do about care.

There are opportunities to progress in a fast moving company, opportunities to develop your knowledge with NVQ’s and training, and we take pride in supporting our staff as much as we can.
