There is nothing like home for your loved ones - whether they are elderly, or those with disabilities.  We all share similar concerns about their care and support and naturally want to enable them to remain in and enjoy their own home whenever possible and for as long as possible.  That’s where Eclipse Homecare services can really make a difference to the quality of life of those whom we serve.

Eclipse Homecare can be provided from hourly (or less) to around the clock care which is non-medical, in-home care and support for your loved one.  Briefly, our service covers companionship, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparations, recreational activities and personal care such as washing, dressing and bathing.

All this is provided in the comfort and privacy of one’s own home with familiar friends, family and possessions. 

We provide services to the elderly, infirm or those with disabilities.  Our services are tailored to individual needs and involve your loved one and where appropriate, the family and other health care professionals when they too are involved.  A Care Plan is developed and agreed so that our Care Givers are clear about what services are required when a home care visit is being made.  The Care Plan is regularly reviewed to ensure that it continues to reflect the needs of our client in the most helpful way.

The quality of our Care Givers makes the difference with Eclipse Homecare and each is carefully selected and provided with full training, including induction and familiarisation training, together with a National Vocational Training Award (NVQ) in Care.  Each Carer receives regular review and supervision and is of course carefully checked with both the Criminal Records Bureau and the Protection of Vulnerable Adults registers.  We provide the highest quality Care Givers who are well trained and have the passion, compassion and desire to provide an excellent service. Eclipse Homecare is recognised for the excellence of its staff teams through the Investors in People (IIP) award.

Eclipse HomeCare is registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and they inspect us on a regular basis. The latest Care Quality Commission inspection report concerning Eclipse HomeCare will be available on request from our office.

Keeping you informed

Communication with the family by the Care Giver is vitally important. Eclipse Homecare will keep the family informed and answer any questions that may arise.  We want to keep the lines of communication open and for everyone to feel comfortable with the care giving that we provide.  So, whether you, as family,  live locally or at the other end of the country, we will make sure that we keep in touch with you on an on-going basis.
