Managing Director of the company is Rob Gready who has 25 years experience of managing successful people- and process-based businesses in the UK and Europe.

Rob spent 3 years working in the voluntary sector with individuals with learning and behavioural difficulties. Rob is married with 4 children and lives in North Worcestershire.

Care Manager - Tony Joyce

Tony Joyce is the Registered Care Manager and has extensive experience of providing the very highest quality home care. Before becoming a manager in home care, Tony had direct caring experience with a specialism in caring for those with learning disabilities.

Prior to becoming involved in the provision of home care, Tony ran his own successful business in the Malvern area.

Care Co-ordinator - Rob Thomas

Rob Thomas is responsible for the Care Co-ordination Team. He lives in Warndon and has 7 years’ experience in Adult Health and Social Care.

Rob is responsible for ensuring that the right Caregivers are in the right place at the right time.
